‘What’s in our shares this week?

Redskin new potatoes, eggplant, cucumbers, summer squash and Delicata squash, red and white onions, bell peppers and Beacon peppers. Poblano peppers, green beans, red slicing tomatoes. Fruit shares: Apples.  Our apples come from the Scott family at Scott’s Orchard.

Your vegetables are always delivered to you free of soil so as to not make a mess in your kitchen. . We still stress that you should wash things well right before you are ready to prepare them.

We love Delicata squash at our house, we hope you enjoy it too! Share with us on Facebook how you like to serve yours. Everyone loves to try new recipes!

We are in the Apple season! Here is a link to information that we think you will like having available that covers what Apple varieties are best  for cooking, eating out of hand, etc. Very informative!
